LTE-ready NVIDIA Shield tablet now available for pre-order

LTE-ready NVIDIA Shield tablet now available for pre-order

The NVIDIA Shield Tablet is one hell of a gaming device, but the currently available version is a bit limited with only 16 GB of internal storage. Those looking to get more from this Tegra K1 powerhouse can now opt for the higher-end version, which just became available for pre-order.
This one comes with 32 GB of internal storage and LTE connectivity. Everything else in the device is identical.
You can have the high-end Shield Tablet for $399, which doesn’t include any accessories. If you are looking for a bit of a deal and don’t mind signing a contract, AT&T is also said to offer the device for $299 on a 2-year contract.
Opinion: The NVIDIA Shield Tablet is powerful. It can handle any game you throw at it, but 16 GB really wasn’t enough to hold more than a few large games. It’s an expensive tablet, but well worth the money if you love gaming.
