Utta is a brand not known, to anyone. The Utta X1 Storm is an Octa-core smartphone with a 5” inch IPS display for a not so childish price of $199 dollar. So what exactly do you get for your $199 dollar? Well, you get a Octa-core processor, a metal framed phone, pretty good specifications but sadly no 4G. But is this the only catch?
